I didn't receive the verification code

If you didn’t receive your verification code, when signing up to the Our Sage app or the website, please try resending the code by pressing on the resend button. It may take up to five minutes for the verification SMS to arrive. Also check that you are in an area with phone reception.

You can also try and resend the code to your email address.

If this does not work, please contact us via the contact us form on our website.
