What is an Our Sage Medical Certificate unsuitable for?

The Our Sage Medical Certificate Service is not suitable for Centrelink Medical Certificate forms (ie SU415 forms), student request for extensions and / or other special consideration forms (including HSC) and travel insurance claim forms.

It is also not suitable as a Medical Certificate to seek exemption from jury duty, parole compliance or a court appearance.
