Do I need to wait for a phone call?

Yes. If you have booked in for a telehealth consult with Our Sage you will have to wait until the HCP calls you to start the consult. You will also receive a text advising that you are next in queue before the HCP calls you so you can ensure that you will be ready to take the call.
