Do I need to wait for a phone call?

Yes. If you have booked in for a telehealth consult whether it be for a repeat script, referral, medical certificate or general GP consult you will have to wait until the HCP calls you to start the consult. You will also receive a text advising that you are next in queue before the HCP will call you so that you can ensure you will be ready to take the call.
