What happens if my results are urgent?

In the event of an urgent recall, a doctor from the  Our Sage network will attempt to contact you directly on your registered mobile number. If we are unable to reach you, we will progress to sending you a notification via SMS and email. In the event that the doctor cannot reach you, the doctor may reach out to your emergency contact or next of kin.
