Prescriptions are sent as an eScript with a QR code and are generally received very quickly. eScripts are sent to your nominated email address or the 'eScript' section of the Our Sage app. If you have checked your email and/or the eScripts section in the Our Sage app, and still haven't received your eScript within 1 hour, please let us know by using the contact us form on our website. Please note, the eScript may be further delayed if correct Medicare card or IHI details aren’t provided.
