Our Sage endeavours to call patients within one to two hours from first joining the queue. If you have not received a call from a health care provider within this time, we expect to be with you shortly.
Patients that have booked a Priority consultation are placed at the top of the queue. Our Sage expects to call patients who have booked a Priority consultation within 30 minutes.
Telehealth services are not appropriate for urgent medical care. Please go to your nearest medical centre or emergency department if you’re experiencing an urgent health condition.
