Our Sage will not issue a refund if during a telehealth consultation, the consulting Our Sage healthcare professional deems it clinically inappropriate to provide the requested medication or medical certificate.
Our Sage will not issue a refund if during a telehealth consultation, the patient becomes abusive or inappropriate towards the consulting Our Sage HCP. Our Sage reserves the right to cancel consultations for aggressive or abusive behaviour.
Our Sage will not issue a refund if a patient requests any controlled/addictive S8 or S4D medications that is not prescribed by the Our Sage HCP.
For Standard and Priority telehealth consults, a refund will not be provided if an Our Sage HCP is unable to reach the patient after three reasonable attempts to contact the patient via the telephone number provided.
