Does Our Sage Medicare bulk bill?

Australian government rules for telehealth Medicare bulk billing require the provider to have at least one face to face service with the patient in the preceding 12 months. Because Our Sage is an online only service, we do not meet this criteria and cannot bulk bill telehealth consultations. Our Sage consults are privately charged and no Medicare rebate is applicable. Private fees are as follows:

- Standard consult - $45
- Priority consult (jump the queue) - $65

You will need to provide your payment details when you request your consultation.
The first time you register as a patient, we will ask for your Medicare card details, if you have them. This is so we can verify if you are eligible for Medicare funded benefits like the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) and some pathology and imaging services.
