If you were charged without receiving a call, the charge is likely a pre-authorisation and will be released back into your account within 7 days. If you have booked in properly the provider should have attempted to make contact with you however in the event that there may have been a technical error of some sort and you have not received any calls or you have any questions about charges in your account please contact us through the form on our website, and a team member will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible.
